- Nestled between a McDonald's and waffle house
- Close to airport
- Close to beach
Cons -
- The plumbing was atrocious. Toilet did not flush well ans shower drained much too slowly. The water was as high as my ankle. It made me not want to wash. Nor was there breakfast, which is basically a standard at this point. Even ones that you pay for.
- Pilling paint, appearance not very appealing
- Elevator (lift) was not working
