The location is great. The bell hop was very kind and friendly.
It is hard to get towels restocked and trash taken. The towel rack was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. This year just didnt seem to go as well as our past visits.

We were in three separate rooms due to the cleanliness of the first two. The third was doable, but not fantastic.

We truly enjoyed our stay and everything was great! The room was good. The area where we stayed was just right when it came to the balcony. We could see so much from the balcony. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and family members.
There were some things in the room that could have been a little better. The refrigerator has some issues on the outside of it but it was still good to use. The floor has some stains on it but could have been a little cleaner.

I loved it 2nd time in a row I stayed there and planning on a return visit next year its a great spot lots of places around the hotel view was awesome room was excellent to me Hotel is a perfect 10 can't wait til next year

The staff was super nice and friendly. Loved having doors open at front. Very helpful. Pools all very well kept an clean, as we're the Bathrooms in the lobby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
When I got to the room, the floors still had sand on them. The balcony had not been swept either and had an ashtray filled with cigarettes . Shower, there is mold towards the bottom where it is joined. Also, mold on the sprayer at the sink in the kitchen. The refrigerator had broken drawers at the bottom that you could not open and had sharp edges as one of the kids found out when trying to open to put stuff away. Outside our door, there was a huge dark stain on the carpet. All carpets need a deep cleaning very dirty. Bedroom had missing bulbs so very dark.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms . Everything you need is conveniently located right here . No need to even leave the resort
