- The room wasn¿t clean. Microwave was covered with greasy fingerprints from previous guests. Bathroom had hairs on mirror, dirt on tub, brown fluid spot on door. Wall in room had sticky substance splashed on it.
- The hotel cleanliness was awful ¿¿. I had to clean the floors the bathroom because it was filthy. They half cleaned the room.

The staff were so friendly. I LOVED having Starbucks right downstairs in the lobby.
There was a young lady in the hotel restaurant who was extremely rude to the other staff members of the restaurant. I¿m not sure if she was a supervisor or what but the way she spoke to other employees made me not return.
