Spacious rooms
Kept cutting the water off due to pipe burst then was charge 200 for a flooded toilet that wasn’t flooded when we left. Asked to speak to the GM I was told he would call me back. Just to call back and they say he’s not there on Sundays. Majority of housekeeping barely speaks English. So there was a communication barrier.

This was a good location for the reason of my visit. I will definitely be back for the location of the places I will visit. I have recommended this hotel to others and will continue to do so. It was a nice upgrade and may have stayed another night if I knew the room I had received.
I didn't like that the hallway had a wet smell to it and had a fan in the hallway. The room had some broken tiles within the kitchen and the bathroom.

The pool area was great along with the basketball court. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very useful and helpful. Staff was polite and courteous.
There wasn't anything to help my mother walk down those long hallways with her oxygen tank. Extra fees needed to be included in the room description that's was a surprise. Breakfast was mediocre only the waffles was good. Needed more waffles makers cut down on the long lines. The pullout bed mattress was horrible to sleep on.

Quick and easy check-in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities. Great breakfast choices. Room was very clean and comfortable. Water was very hot, which is great. All kitchen appliances worked well. Parking convenient to entrances. First stay at a Staybridge Hotel and extremely happy

I liked the location.
The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The hotel is loud. Was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to outdoor noise and animals barking in the hotel.
