The location and staff were great! Not sure if i would revisit due to the room condition with the insects.

Yes, the room had roaches. When asked about spraying i was told that they had no spray, but that management would be notified. They apologized, But because the hotel was full, there was no other other vacancies.

Gym closed, construction debris everywhere, parking a mess. 1st floor closed, water shut off in my room and agent argued with me that it wasn?t.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was nicer than most.

My only complaint is that the coffee was very weak. Other than that, everything was good

The hallways needed to be vacuumed on the edges, the breakfast equipment needs to be updated The waffle maker worked sometimes. The selection was skimpy. Just was not Hilton quality. Not worth the price they charged.

Staff were very professional, friendly & made sure guest were ok.

The room I stayed could use some tlc ,& carpet cleaning. Staff was friendly & aim to please you.

Room was relatively clean, however, excessive hair in bathroom. Mostly on vanity.

The floor of the bathtub sloped toward the center, making it difficult to stand steady and creating the risk of falling. Also, grab bar should be on wall, not near water faucet.

Bathroom NOT clean Black hair in tub and all over bathroom floor. Small objects found near beds- hairpins- caps? Was that place vacuumed? Made me actually feel queasy- as in -was the bed really clean? Got great reviews and it was NOT great at all

The person who checked me in was super professional and nice. She went above and beyond. Customer service is key!

While it was something that I'm not sure the hotel can help. Parking was very limited, there were several large moving trucks that parked sideways and took up a LOT of the parking. People running in hall & banging on doors all times of the night.

Staff unfriendly. Dirt everywhere. Floor in room very wet from a/c leak. Tub didn't drain while taking shower until I moved, which meant tub support about to give out. Worse than $--- hotel.

party happening in the parking lot that was very loud. Cars reving the engine and screeching around . People smoking and drinking being loud playing loud music in the parking lot that I could here from my 3rd fl room until3 am got no sleep

Location is close to everything. The staff that we spoke to was the highlight of this experience.

Room 109 very musty smelling. Pipes in ceiling leaked into the room during our stay. Hole in the wall where door opens. Was patched but haphazardly. Appeared to be a bit of mold around shower head.

I booked a king suite with standup shower with glass doors and even called 24 hours prior to my arrival to make sure i was getting that room and i was told yes. When i checked in those rooms were gone and i had to take what was available.

I was greeted by a wonderful young lady. She was very polite. The staff over all was fantastic everyone including the cleaning staff.

Clean and comfortable bed,great coffee and good breakfast.
