Rooms were nice

Breakfast area. Definitely not clean. Breakfast was not prepared at the listed hours. I would not eat the food from the breakfast area due to the lack of cleanliness.

The free breakfast was not good there was not much food to eat and it was 8AM when we got there.

Not much.

Minimum front desk representative. Had to call for towels and garbage pick up and floor needs to be mopped.

Hot water and air conditioning

The room was not clean, I wipe down with lysol pads. The hotel was empty and we ask foran early check-in and they charged us $25.00. We were traveling to attend a funeral. I could understand if hotel was crowded, I will never use Quantity Inn again!!!

Quiet room.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. Dried white substance on top of bedding. Linens looked clean but had an old smell to them.

Looks great by the pictures on website, lobby lovely makes you think WOW, I picked a great place!

Filthy!!! We came from outof town for a family funeral. We unpacked our car and left for our families home and didn't drive back until after dark. Turned on the lights and noticed a huge crack in the ceiling above the bed, toilet dirty, hair bugs etc...

Location and Parking

Upon checking in the desk clerk requested to see my ID. He made a photo copy of my driving license. I was overcharge an extra day stay based on my final invoice. I requested a suit however, the room was the same size as the two double bed rm I booked.

Room only given fresh towels every third day. Bed not made room not cleaned

No carpets. Room clean.

Faucet not installed properly, Tub had burn marks. Other than that the room was not bad at all.

NOTHING We had to wait over 5 minutes at front door, talking to the hotel's only employee( via the "ring camera") to run from the other side of the hotel property and unlock the door's several locking devices. There were no other guests at the hotel at

5:30 PM though the young man and single staff member said that there were two more guests due to arrive. No guests, no staff did not give me a safe feeling about staying the night even though I had driven all day to attend my brothers funeral. REFUND,PLS

Bathtub had dirt crits on the bottom of the bathtub. Also,it was very disturbing to see the wall paint in the bathroom was chipping off the wall. We paid too much money per night to be scheduled in a room like this. We should have received partial refund

Absolutely nothing

Dirty, cockroaches everywhere, lady that checked me in seemed a little put out by having to do her job.

Absolutely nothing! We booked the exclusive King bed with "hot tub" room for a total of $--- a night. The furnishings were outdated, 1 towel, no toiletries or cups in room, no working ice machine, "hot tub could barely accommodate 1 person,overpriced!

Mismatched, outdated furnishings, poor lighting, hot tub too small for 1,6 foot person,no cups, 1 towel, no washcloths, no working ice machine, dead batteries in TV remote,overpriced roach motel and my bank card was hacked within a week of stay

Convenient location

The room was horrible, holes in the wall, no cover on the outlet, carpet was rolled back on the floor, bathroom was filthy. The rate that I was promised in my comfirmation the hotel would not honor.

Rooms were not clean. There was not coffe pot. Microwave did not work. AC leaked and got our luggage wet.

It was surrounded by eateries and near Walmart.

No the place was generally nice and clean.

Plenty of parking. Easy to find and close to where I needed to be.

Rooms are very shabby and smelled like smoke. Check-in took close to 1/2 hour even though I had. Confirmed reservation. Breakfast was instant oatmeal or grits and Tang.

Newly remodeled. Very nice!
