Customer Service was impeccable.

Sink has a terrible slow drain. Although the bathroom WAS clean, it could stand a deep cleaning.

Nice, clean, and quiet.

It had a bed and breakfast feel. I love art and I was amazed at the beautiful artwork. Especially the piece of artwork done of Steven Jobs. My husband is from Lake City and we were able to bring his mother there for dinner at the bistro.

No, everything was perfect. The workers were very Kind and helpful.

Courteous and friendly staff. Common areas were nicely decorated and clean.

Free parking. Free wi-fi. The breakfast buffet and complimentary coffee. Location was convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Proximity to other businesses such as the Super Walmart and economical restaurants.

Shower could have been more forceful. It was a fine mist and took a little longer for a full refreshing clean. The room could benefit from an outer sink area where other family members could brush their teeth and wash up when the shower was in use.

The staff was very friendly and the ambiance of the hotel was lovely.

The food was below average and service in bar was very poor.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room decor was lovely.

The vending machine did not have bottled water. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order. At check in we were not notified that they served dinner. The night clerk on thurs.was rude when I asked for a late check out. No map of the area, etc.
