The guy that worked the evening shift on the day of check in, wasn't thorough about where to part,wasn't at desk and was in a hurry to get us away from the desk

You will have to pay for parking. $10 -$15 per day. And you will have to pay before 8 am. I saw a tow truck out at 8:23am. There is only 1 elevator which take 5 mins to catch a ride. There are stairs. Our room was not ready at 4pm.

Location ¿ proximity to the Beach. The hotel staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

would have like a mini fridge in the room. The parking is tight and only 20 spaces. but we didn¿t have a problem finding spaces for our large SUV.

It was charming, clean, so convenient to the beach. I would come back again!

It is actually on the beach, it has restaurants all around. It has a small number of parking spaces underneath. The room had a small dining table with two chairs which we really liked. We had the side balcony ocean view with two queen beds.

Breakfast area tables/chairs too confined against each other - other seating could be moved over 5 to 7 feet toward the check-in so there is more room to move around the seating area and not pushing against others. Need sign at elevator to go UP to LOBBY

The staff exceeded my expectations, the young man on Sunday was incredibly helpful, the ladies at check out were very polite and patient. After arriving, I realized what a gem it was, and tried to upgrade the room to ocean view with a balcony.

Not enough ocean side rooms with a balcony. I would have paid so much more to just sit and enjoy that breeze in my room.

The interior rooms had no place to hang wet items. There was one window that only led to the hallway so you could not see outside at all. The floor of the room was extremely dirty and the door would not close unless you slammed it.

Both beds had dirty sheets so changed rooms...staff refused to give an ocean front without upcharge which wasn’t stated in my reservation.

They found a room for me when another hotel provided horrible service. I was able to check in early as my guest had just flown in from the West Coast and was exhausted! I love this hotel!
