You could walk to the beach

Room was very dated and floor was never clean, very sandy, parking was horrible and they charged $25.00 a day and could not find a spot. Tv did not work for 3 days even though I complained every day about it not working to deaf ears.

On the ocean

Room was not well equipped. Only one chair, not two. No table to sit at, just a counter with a stool

Having direct access to the beach and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off.

I wish I could share pictures because it¿s bad. The tile is worn out. Grout is missing in the shower. Rust in several places. Toilet seat worn out. The muggy moldy smell. Seriously not worth paying $---/night. Pay the extra and stay in another location.

Great beach access and the rooms were clean.But Diane and Brandy, who were working the desk, were so fun and helpful! We stayed one night and went on to Savannah with plans to return to the Charleston area. It was a no brainer to come back.

The staff was very accommodating especially the morning/day shift receptionist (dark hair) polite and professional, the beach is right off the back steps of hotel, I would highly recommend for a beach get away!

Location is great though it can be a little loud at night. The service was wonderful. Very helpful staff.

Skimpy breakfast and can be a bit noisy, though we could watch a concert next door from our balcony.

Youre paying for the location and thats it

Everything is outdated and rusted. I would compare this hotel to a 1 star motel. Bathroom fan sounded like a muscle car when you turned on the lights.

Right on the beach conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Charming beachfront hotel in the heart of little downtown restaurants , etc. Perfect, comfortable. Staff so so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

Room is a little small. Parking is limited at the hotel andhave to go to a nearby place. Breakfast was written on the welcome intro to be Coconut Joe but actually cancelled. The hotel provided milk and cereal instead.

Ocean front hotel and was able to park on ground floor. Friendly staff.

Next door there was a outdoor concert which was very loud Thursday night! Had to stay up later than planned.

It was clean. Room was pretty small but ok for 2 people. Walking distance to beach shops & restaurants. Fridge was good size. Nice area in corner with microwave and fridge & drawers & counter.

Room was pretty small but ok for 2 people. Pool was tiny and only 3.5 ft. Parking areas are scattered in 3 different locations and one night we got back to hotel and there was no where to park. Staff parked us at loading zone. Parking was $12.50 nightly.

The hotel is surely in a fabulous location

I didn't feel that the staff was friendly or professional I try to come down twice a year

Location on the beach

This hotel was a dump. The free breakfast was crap. The air conditioner in the room was so old that it didn't help eliminate the humidity which made it uncomfortable to be in the room, no matter how high we turned it up. Hotel was old and overpriced.

Nice neighborhood. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice beach access

Room was very musty smelling and humid when we first arrived. Also it was always wet outside our room without it coming from any rain. Not sure where the water came from. Was an inconvenience having to walk they it all the time to go to our room.

I loved that the hotel was so close to the beach and to local restaurants.

The room was very small and parking should be included if you expect people to be able to stay at your location. I understand parking is limited in the area but charging per day for parking seems a bit much.

I had a delay with my car being finished at the tire shop. And was going to be a little late checking out. They were very adamant about me leaving at 11 o'clock.Being a Choice Privilege member I really thought they wod allow me

Check in until 4pm Lady at front desk could not change our room, but when we called to see if the room was ready a different lady changed our room.Dirty towels.Room smelled like strong cleaning fluid.We had to open windows.I would not eat breakfast there
