Oceanview room - long distance view very limited, Windows did not open. Did not meet expectation for 'oceanview'

Room not cleaned well

Location was great. Literally 4 minute walk to uncrowded beach. Lots of pools and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a relaxing beach resort vibe and close enough for trips to Charleston historic sites.

They had 3 different EV chargers, but none worked. Prices were too high, including overpriced food options.

Friendly staff, clean, and very quaint! Felt more like a community than a resort!

Disappointing

Dirty walls, leak under sink, no hot water in kitchen, limited hot water in bathroom, debris and litter outside the balcony, filthy shower

Love Wild Dunes, the boardwalk and pools are great for the kids to run around and play. Everything you need is right there, you don’t have to leave the property!

Booked thru booking, got to place , it was wrong.. but they upgraded me at no extra cost! Was very embarrassing but they took care of me 100%. Absolutely amazing place!

I didn’t like how one room was like a condo and three 2nd room that joined was like a hotel room.

Easy access to beach

Not enough space for adults at pool - few umbrellas poolside-beds very uncomfortable- AC was very loud-could have been complimentary coffee for the price and more toiletries provided. Parking was limited.

Everything was close by. We didn’t see breakfast but we ate lunch and it was good.

We were upgraded to a better room but the toilet kept running. Very insignificant issue because the room was beautiful and clean. No formal complaint here just a mention. Loved the adult only pool. Was surprised children allowed in the hot tub tho.

Extra Long wait time at pizza, pools are not clean. People allowed to be in water with drinks, lots of sand in pool makes water dirty.

I did not like that we were put in building g. I would have preferred staying in the main hotel. The lights from the pool could still be seen through our curtains. They should turn those lights off at night.

Our room did not get serviced until the 2nd time i called and requested it which happen to be the last night of our stay. I had to keep calling and asking for clean towels to be brought to room. When you spend that kind of money i expect a light service of bed making, coffee refill and new towels each day. Then my flight was bumped later and when i asked for a late chk out by one hour they told me they could not accommodate me that cleaning staff said no! Who didn’t clean or service our room once

Nice location. Comfortable room.

Valet was expensive and not worth it for the distance walked to get to the valet area. Valets were not particularly friendly or helpful. I was there with my handicapped Mom, and the self park was significantly closer to where our room was. However, there was not always parking space available. It was a long walk from our room to the front area where valets were.
