Featuring an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and waterpark, this resort is 15 minutes’ drive from Adventure Cove. A seasonal poolside bar is also offered. Each room provides a balcony, a cable TV with a DVD player, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, and an oven Coral Sands Resort Hilton Head Island. A spa bath, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and tumble dryer are also included. Relax on the lazy river, part of Coral Sands Resort's waterpark. Guests can also take advantage of a fitness center and a business center. BBQ facilities are available on site. Free parking is provided Palmetto Bay Shopping Center is 5 minutes’ drive from the resort. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is 4 miles from Coral Sands Resort Hilton Head Island.

- Nice place to stay good location. My only thing would be our room placement and I know someone has to end up with those rooms but it was on the first floor right at the top of the ramp. Unable to open front shades without everyone looking right in.
- Large spacious rooms. Excellent amenities

- This hotel canceled my reservation without any reason and explanation and when I tried to contact them, no one was available and able to help. When someone did answer they gave me the run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
- The only suggestion I might have would be the couch in our room was old and worn and could probably be replaced.
