We always love this place. Third year in a row. I love the pool/beach side bar and the hot tub.
The parking fee, which was in the small print when I made the reservation, really made me mad. It's really a hidden resort fee. One of our guest was only going to be there two of the three nights and we had to pay for all three. That really upset me and means I could go else where in the future.

Elevator enhancements are underway through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. From September 2025, through approximately May 2026 the Town of Hilton Head Island will complete a Beach Renourishment Project to restore eroded beach areas. Parking available for $25 plus tax daily per vehicle. Limit 3 vehicles per reservation. Garage clearance 6 ft. 7 in. No RVs/trailers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
