Staff failed to clean room or provide new towels after the first night stay. At front desk, they said due to cleaning staff shortages they were only to clean rooms on Tuesdays and THursdays. Ridiculous

Need to have a microwave in all the rooms ours did not have one

Was stung by a bee at the pool. By the blue lift chair when walking by it I was told that a incident report was filed

The key coder machine was down and had to be walked to my room every time I left it. This was inconvenient for both myself and the staff.

Smelled weird. Unattentive staff. Very small room, very small everything, hard bedsheets, uncomfortable mattress. DIRTY SHOWER.

We were in town for College Parent Weekend with our son. The hotel is centrally located in town and accessible to the "downtown" area of Hartsville- in walking distance to many eateries and shops.

Unable to check in due to staff shortage in housekeeping- meanwhile, there were 4 staff members in the back carrying on. -once in a room, there were bodily fluids all over the sheets that were clearly not changed, full of stains- had to change rooms

Very bad odor in the room and the tub and sink had a lot of loose hair on them.

The lobby and the room was very nice clean comfortable good night sleep the checkout staff was very friendly and courteous and prompt the exterior of the hotel was clean, safe well lit

Checking in and waiting on the young lady to finish her phone call before even acknowledging me the TV set absolutely no reception like having antenna television in the room and the tub needed to be replaced The breakfast sucked. Also sausage were cold. I

It was very quiet at all times of the day and night.

The coffee maker in the room was not cleaned inside, so I was not able to make coffee.

Staff was friendly,breakfast was satisfactory i was satisfied.

Hotel definitely needs updating. Sheets had lint balls.. i reallly hate lint balls. Had to get different room from first i received when i arrived. AC unit was very loud and rrom smelled bad.

It was within 2 blocks of our destination. Clean, desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Lived up to Marriott name. Trying to make the best of Covid restrictions.

The first room we were given, the a/c wasn’t working. I went to the front desk and the staff was super helpful and immediately moved us into a room with working a/c. Great staff and super hospitable!

1ST ROOM SMELLED MOLDY, MOVED TO 2ND ROOM STILL MOLDY - IN THE MORNING I WAS SICK FROM THE SMELL.HAIR IN BATHROOM FROM PREVIOUS GUEST, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. COVID-19 BREAKFAST TOGO BAG,WAS VERY SAD-AN ORANGE,GRONOLA BAR,BOTTLE WATER. MORE THOUGHT NEEDED

The microwave didnt spin an kept have to take food out and turn it. The front desk personnel wasnt very thoughtful about the inconvenience.

The lady who was working the front desk had friends their hanging out in the lobby that was drinking and being loud. It was a uncomfortable environmental.

the staff they were far more helpful than they had to be we had to go to hartsville,s.c. due to a very unexpected death they helped us @1:30 AM checking in and supplied us with everything we needed before we could even ask as family
