Loud music until midnight, staff children running around all hours of the night
Comfort and cleanliness were the best assets
The bathroom was a bit worn. The vanity was breaking apart.
It was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. When came back to the hotel in the evening, they had warm fresh baked cookies!The location is perfect.

Nice pool area
They are not upfront with you about linen changes. I understand it was because of covid but we didn't know we had to get our own clean linens and there is no where to put your trash.
Staff was rude. Front desk was outside with her boyfriend smoking weed. Car was searched
I didnt get the accommodation i booked for..front desk was extremely rude!Toilet seat in room was left up with urine and toilet paper in it.. also used hair bands were left in the bathroom. The general manager has yet to contact me!
Location and breakfast choices
Signage was very lacking. There needs to be a sign by the entrance to the parking lot.
Best location - right downtown, close to Governor's School and Coker College. Nice bathroom layout.
Extremely friendly staff, very clean and updated. My family prefers Hamptons. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, this is probably the nicest one I've ever stayed in.

Only one elevator was working and it was a pain being on the 4th floor having to wait for it.
The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was pretty basic. Needed a few more options
Close to Coker College. When we checked in they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. In response, they apologized and quickly relocated us to a suite at no extra charge.
