Location, cost and courtesy

I didn't like staying in the rear. I had kids and dogs keeping me up with the back and forth stuff. Too many bumping sounds that kept irritating me.

Leaving, I've stayed here last year and it has declined bigtime

Tub faucet dripped and dripped. Continental breakfast was a joke, had nothing. Toilet didn't flush properly. Sidewalk was full of garbage, they just don't care.

nothing at all, pictures on website is not the same in person

they had roaches, bathroom no vent, gave 1/2 of roll of toilet paper, one of arm to the chair had clear tape around it

Stayed three nights my room wasn't cleaned and didn't give clean towels.

THE LOBBY WAS LOCKED WHEN WE GOT THERE. TOOK FOREVER TO FIND SOMEONE. THEY WERE IN THEIR ROBE IN A ROOM. ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THINGS WERE BROKEN, DIRTY, RUSTY. SECURITY LOCK ON DOOR WAS BROKEN OFF BUGS, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES

Location is good

When I booked the motel I pay my price including breakfast but when I get in the morning & went to the breakfast room the door was close & their was no breakfast when I asked the staff member they said manager decide if their is enough people.

Convenient to where we were visiting.

The drain in the shower slow. Our A/C did not work. We had to get our room key magnetized everyday.

The pictures of the hotel online are deceptive

Curtains falling off of Hooks, trash under bed, and the furniture was worn out

Room was nasty furniture was old, rusty, stain and peeling Blood stain on wall Rust in the shower Shower curtain was tore at bottom At checkout the man at front desk was rude and had me waiting to check out for 15 minutes. Drug users

The location was great for what I needed

I stay at this hotel often, when I come to town. The staff is usually friendly, but this time the clerk checking me in was very rude. To the point that I will not stay there again.

Poor staff had attitude when checking out.. Some of maids had attitude too

We arrived very late at night.Room had used soda cans,water bottles and soap in the shower. Everytime you used the restroom there was roaches.Floor was sticky.Tried to talk to manager but she was talking to the cops about another guest

Room full of bugs and flies. Had to use the towel to get rid of them. The receptionist left her post and customers have to wait for over 25 minutes before she came back from breakfast. Could not even apologize. Office was left open.

Cockroaches. Husband went down to breakfast in the morning and there was a cockroach crawling across the table.

Absolutely NOTHING

Absolutely EVERYTHING! The biggest problem? BEDBUGS! Sprayed room with Lysol upon arriving on Wednesday; noticed bug bites on my neck and arms Friday morning. I have photos of the bites and a video of a bug crawling across the bed.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly asked for a different room the staff couldn't change asked if they would have it fixed they didn't fix it.

Clean. Simple. Quiet.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

My toilet was broke and switched rooms. Next room my door lock was Broken off. I felt very unsafe at that hotel. The pool was not open and it was caved in with a tarp over top it and disgusting items all through the pool. The bed smelt like urine. I left.
