La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville Woodruff Rd

The location was great.

It’s a great, quiet location. Most of the staff say hello and are very friendly. Otherwise everyone stayed to themselves.

We have stayed here previously and it was great. But this year booking again, it was $100 extra dollars for the same amount of nights. The A/C unit did not work when you set it on high, and it was very noisy on low almost rattling on the wall. The worst part was the shower, and the handle for hot/cold wasn’t screwed in, if you didn’t push it in hard while turning trying to find a comfortable temperature, it would just fall off. And we did have a huge cockroach come into the room. I don’t believe it was due to total dirtiness, but solely due to the door not being completely sealed in the bottom left corner and it probably just snuck its way inside. Still, not a pleasant experience at all to deal with that. For the price we are paying, it is DEFINITELY the cheapest in the area without dealing with dirtiness. I just wish that it would have been better. Maybe we are planning to stay at this location next year again, and by then it should be done with its transition of being La Quinta, and not Midtown Suites. Hopefully better next time. Thank you.

Location was convenient and quiet; parking was great; staff was very friendly and very accommodating; nice size room - loved the fact that we could open the window and get fresh air! Kitchen amenities (stove, microwave, fridge) worked great!

Could have been a lot cleaner overall; not enough luggage carts available. Unaware of whether or not breakfast was being served - dining room under construction. VERY limited dishes utensils available, and by request only.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing and caring. They treat you like you're home, especially when staying an extended time.

Loved the location it was close to a lot of things. The room was big. They had free coffee in the lobby. They had an elevator which was nice. Everything was bright and clean and well kept that was accessible. Love the oversized fridge and the microwave

The building was under construction very dusty and trucks and dumpsters taking up spots in the parking lot. Room was a bit in shambles had to bring a few broken things to managements attention with photo evidence before unpacking. Then we had to fix it ourselves because no one was there to fix the bed ( which was broken but we had already been moved from another room to this one) we were supposed to be in an handicap assessable room. But there was no automatic opening door or enough room for a wheelchair in the bathroom and no where to sit in the shower or a stool or anything. I found that bizarre. Also sad there’s no breakfast not even a grab and go like muffins or yogurts. We didn’t need the Kitchenette but not a single pot or pan was provided. Having stayed at places with the little mini kitchen before normally there one tiny pot and one tiny pan. So I found that odd.

Everything was nice and comfortable. Even the laundry room. Quiet. Great location.

They don't supply the dishes for you cook with in the kitchen area. And wanted to charge me another deposit to extend my stay. I was not happy about that.

Not there fault but people still smoke in the rooms which the smell hangs around in fact going to my room someone was smoking weed but not cigarettes lol The tv controls are a pain for me but everything else was great

A lot to do in the area. A lot of restaurant choices.

No breakfast...said they had coffee, but everytime it was cold....a lot to do in area, but the traffic is a nightmare!! Location is under construction and was not expressed during booking.
