- Alot of noise even far from the elevator. Guests & personnel not understanding that some guests sleep work remotely- loud talk singing-music at pool was Christmas in March staff couldn't change-dispensers empty no cooking options only microwave
- We had to add a third night and they kept telling us we had not paid for it and we had to go round and round with about that when we had paid y?all for the third night they even made me late for sister?s funeral that morning insisting I had not paid
