Bed was comfy

Mini fridge was awkward. It was near wall. Cabinet door opened to wall, but fridge door opened away from wall. Plus it was under counter. Hard to put in and take out drinks. Door to bedroom was missing a hinge, so door was wonky. Construction noise,

Convenient location and near good restaurants

Room was small for a king room and not very much storage space. Carpet needs a refresh.

Friendly staff and easy location to get to

The faucet for the bathroom sink was in a terrible location. The water came out of the faucet very close to the edge of the sink not allowing enough space for both hands to be together to wash.

Pets being in the hotel. I was bit my a dog on Saturday morning.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Staff was pleasant.

Elevators were non functional upon my arrival due to a power outage. I was given the option to go elsewhere.I do feel that I should have been compensated at least half of my rate for the inconvenience.

The team at this hotel was so friendly and helpful! Huge breakfast bar. Quiet room. Felt safe.

There were many brochures about venues in other states. There was much info about happenings in states 2 and 6 hours away, but I found few showing happenings in the local area and deliberately went to the lobby for these resources.

The hotel¿s location is conveniently close to the Greenville-Spartanburg airport. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Great choices available in the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Water pressure was a little lacking. But nice hot water.
