- Cleaness, quietness, overall just a great place to stay when on the road traveling, if nothing is done about this then I won't stay there anymore....

- Great comfy bed. Good room.
Cons -
- They Cancel my reservation two hours before checkout time, with no where to go because I paid online n I had to wait for them to put it back on my book,,I don't even know if they refunded me for that??
- Management and staff treat customers like criminals. They deserve to be run out of business especially for treating military customers like this. I use many hotels and never get treated this bad. They rather lose business than treat customers well.
