The renovated room is decent and clean. The front desk lady is very nice.

There are not many choices for breakfast, but is still acceptable.

Quiet, peaceful location. Clean and uncluttered. Basic but good breakfast selection. Employees seemed friendly and courteous.

The water tastes bad but that's probably not the hotel's fault.

Yes, they was doing renovation and early in the morning. My husband couldn?t sleep because of the loud noise on Thanksgiving day really!

Requested top floor quiet section,was given top floor,however room was in the middle of hall and was noisy. Breakfast offering was a little limited!

The room was great for 5 people staying. We had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. It was in a great location. We were right at downtown Bluffton and the outlets. And was not far from Hilton Head. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful.

EVERYTHING......SUPPOSE TO BE A SMOKEFREE HOTEL. I BOOKED 2 ROOMS FOR ME AND MY BROTHERS FAMILY. I WAS IN 219, HE, 319. WE BOTH WALKED IN TO A TERRIBLE SMELL OF SMOKE. HE HAD OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MADE HIM GET A DIFFERENT ROOM. THE SOFA WAS STAINED. GROSS.

Location was convenient to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Toilet was leaking at base. TV remote missing from room. Power went out during stay without a weather event. Key cards were randomly de-activated mid stay that prevented room access.

I¿ve had the pleasure of staying on Hilton Head Island in the past and although this Bluffton hotel was about 20-30 mins (depending on traffic) from the beach, it was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I prefer this location for that reason.

The breakfast wasn¿t the best, but again there were plenty places nearby where you could grab something to eat. The pool was small, and not very appealing.

Cleanliness and location were perfect. The staff was very nice as well.

No issue with the hotel, only one night of being kept up by people in a room nearby allowing little feet to run back and forth and jump on the bed all night. So much so that others complained as well. The front desk apologized.

The hotel location was very good near restaurants within walking and short driving distance. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

The air conditioning was very noisy and didn¿t seem to work very well. Every time returning to the room, it smelled musty and the carpet seemed damp. The gym was a tiny room with a treadmill, TV, elliptical, exercise bike, and some dumbbells.

Staff was friendly. Location was good for the price about 20 minutes to island Musty smell in the room

No more than 6/10 compared to the other 7 and 8 hotels we¿ve stayed in on our trip

No one came to clean my room then I had to check earlier then expected due to bed bugs and night auditor was rude and unwilling to help out becsides indicating that she will note it in the system.
