Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Providence-Woonsocket By IHG

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room exceeded all expectations for comfort, cleanliness and accommodations

The place was fine Nice reading chair in the room was a bonus Good size room Nice king bed

The tile floor in the room was very dirty There was a blood stain on the bedspread

Room. Gym. Bed. All great. Staff. Friendly.

Carpets. Elevator carpets. Filthy.

Near event

Dirty communal areas, some unfriendly staff, breakfast was terrible..overcooked.

The front desk was more than accommodating and even made cookies daily! I was there for work travel but had my twins with me and they loved the pool! Overall a great experience for being in woonsocket rhode island!

When asked about staying at the pool a little longer after check out at 11 (like a couple hours later until we were going to lunch at 1) we were told that we wouldn't be allowed to. Totally get it but it would have been more convenient.

Very quiet and friendly. Everything was perfect loved the shower.never.saw one like it before.

They have homeless people living here on vouchers. My fiancé both developed itchy bites and dry cough after staying at this hotel. Staff attempts to keep it as clean as possible but unfortunately it doesn¿t feel like it is anymore

Would not return.

The hotel overall wasnt clean. Trash everywhere. The surroundings did not appear safe. The exercise room was trashed (cups, towels and open food on the floor). There was tons of broken glass from alcohol bottles in the parking lot.

Comfortable. Clean. Super friendly staff

Sadly, the pool was too cold. The kind gentleman at the front desk advised that other guests had said the same and he did try to make adjustments to fix it. He did enquire several times if we ever made it in to the pool and was sad that we had not.

Accessible to highway

There was hairs on the shower wall from somebody shaving. Water started leaking from ceiling int the main room. It was 1030 at night and had to change switch rooms so that was inconvenient and ruined the overall experience.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and in a good location for us

the staff was accommodating- although the gentleman at the front desk was alone and clearly overwhelmed

The room was dirty - even though the beds were made, they clearly were not changed from the last person who stayed there and smelled of stale smoke; the first room I was in had a broken AC; Price was way too high for what I dealt with during my stay

Perfect location. Pool was great for the Family. Rooms were spacious.

No complaints. Breakfast was not completely Continental yet but was perfect for the situations even with kids.

I was very surprised with how nice the room was,the bed was also very comfortable, the room was really clean, and I loved the shower!! And I'm so grateful that there was breakfast because I didn't have time to get food anywhere.

The traffic noise was horrendous.....ugh....even with earplugs.

I actually stayed here for a week, with family members and many times in the past. Beautiful, clean, good customer service and best breakfast ever. I was happy with the indoor heated pool, Wi Fi and laundry room.

It was clean with ample parking and friendly helpful staff

There was a cracked tile in the bathroom and some of the caulking was a bit sloppy.

Everything exceeded expectation. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were just the right size, the staff was friendly and obliging. We had a wonderful stay and intend to make it our go-to for a couple's night out of the house whenever we get the chance.

It was a little difficult to get to, but that was majorly because of traffic and street construction happening. It wasn't really anything the hotel could change.

I loved the location and the fact that it's across from a graveyard, didn't bother me like I thought it would. It was an extremely clean room and so was the lobby and the floor. I think the breakfast served was good for the price/quality level hotel chain

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.

Clean, updated, friendly staff, fridge in room, free breakfast!

Location was fine - just not too many places to go for a bite to eat - just the diner in the same parking lot (which was cute)

Nice room. They were renovating the hotel at the time, but we only noticed the activity a few times and not for long. The breakfast was very good - lots of choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
