Hampton Inn & Suites Providence/Warwick-Airport

The pool was not opened and was told it has been closed for over a year. Also a $75 per night charge that is nowhere in description when booked

Proximity to the airport

The place was under construction. Elevators didn't work, rooms were dirty

The rooms were dilapidated, smelly and worn. It is definitely not worth staying even just 1 night for the amount they charge. Run to another hotel!!

The staff

$200 incident deposit for a room that toilet is leaking have to hold handle down to to flush. Missing paint from door and walls

Ladies at front desk were wonderful.

Not as elevated as other Hampton Inns. The room, especially the bathroom area, was far below expectations.

They didn?t clean my room at all. Only asked once if I needed a towel. They don?t have a common area to relax and eat. After breakfast, they block the area off so no one can sit there.

Had to switch rooms, first room no a/c blowing hot air!! Half the plugs didn't work!! No lamp or lights @ desk area, also banquet chair @ desk!!

I didn?t like the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom wasn?t clean enough and the room they originally assigned to me someone was in the room and I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk with heavy bags. And my screens in the window was rip

Heated pool

I told the front desk there was an infestation of ants she didn?t say anything asked the room number and just said ok. I have videos and pics

The room heater could have been a bit warmer. My room did not have a dresser/bureau to lay my clothes. The side table was small. I would prefer bar soap versus soap in a bottle. Not many (USB port) few and electric outlets

Comfortable beds

House keeper barged in at 10 am ready to clean the room when checkout is 11. No microwave which they said they had. Put 100 dollar hold on your credit card

Shade was broke couldn't put it down ,shower was not fully clean had to have TV fixed when got to room

My second time coming back so I actually liked it.

The beds are not queens they are full size, the pool was not swimable due to too much chlorine leaving it so cloudy, the heater in the pool area was broken so it was cold, and the rooms not having a microwave. the whole place needs renovations

The night staff were friendly and tried to help

The pool is why we went and it was closed. My room was dirty got changed into second room with no toiletries had to call down for toiletries. It was valentines the pool.didnt work and the hot tub was full.off little children.

The staff were not friendly or helpful. I called the hotel before booking for a pet fee. I was told 25.00 over the phone and was charged 75.00 at the hotel. I also had 2 family members come to visit us at the hotel. We were not allowed to use the pool.

Wasn?t very clean. There was a fake nail on the ground in the hallway for 3 days. Toilet seat was cracked and broken. Sign says pool opens at 9- it doesn?t till after 10. So many chemicals to clean the pool, yet hair and lint floating everyday in it.

I had no heat and the smoke detected was beeping...had to switch rooms in the middle of the night

I liked how conveniently close everything was.

No microwave in room on ublic microwave that everyone else uses. Ice machines were filthy like they hadn't been cleaned outside or inside in years. Was unaware of a$100 fee a night. They charged me for multiple pets and I only had 1. Worst location ever.
