DoubleTree by Hilton Warwick Providence Airport

Hotel is Recently renovated beds are comfortable and room was very clean.

No breakfast? Not good business. Strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. No coffee made in the lobby until late in the day.

The free shuttle available in the early morning when I had to get to the airport for my flight

The floors were clean but somehow slippery (greasy feel). I think because they are plastic?

The cookies - but with all the allergies, why put walnuts in???

Front desk girl - Super unfriendly. On the phone and in person. The hotel business is all about hospitality and she definitely did not exemplify that. The other person, was much more helpful.

I stay very often and staff bends over backwards to help you and feel at home.

Had some issues a few weeks back had to switch rooms 4 times cause of issues and nobody from management ever reached out to me and offer any type of compensation

nothing the sliding glass shower door would not stay closed. The air conditioning was so loud in the bedroom. You can?t even sleep at night.

The hotel is under renovations. I wish I would?ve known that I would not have stayed there. The place is a complete disaster with the construction.

Very close to the airport....

Constructuion to the hotel, I was never told the hotel was under major construction and the heating system in my room was extremely nosie, I unpugged the system so I could get some sleeep.

It was nice to enter the hotel and see that the owners were spending money to upgrade the complex. Knowing this made me feel comfortable that all the other services would be very good!

The desk attendant was not personable, very bland and offsetting. Also, the sign in the front of the hotel was not illuminated, so I did drive by it on my first pass.

The room was sparsely decorated but clean. Great walk-in shower.

Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction, which made it difficult to navigate finding the front desk. The signs outdoors pointing where to enter we?re confusing.

The shuttle driver was great, very friendly and helpful.

Lobby is STILL under renovations for what seems years. There is no direct chess to the main desk and you have to use a temp entrance that requires a long walk. Requested a wake up call and never received one.

It was under construction but all the employees went over and beyond to make the stay a good experience

It was warm and cozy and the bed was fantastic to sleep in. The shower was amazing and so hot and roomy

I'm from South Carolina and was visiting friends at the Cape. I stayed there the night before my flight. I couldn't get over how friendly and helpful all the staff was. They made me feel comfortable and got me to the airport safely.

It's a nice hotel in a good location, next to the PVD airport, airport rental car area and train station.

There was a lot of renovation construction going on but I know that needs to happen to make the hotel even better.
