Motel6 Warwick, RI - Providence Airport - I-95

Room key didn’t work. Had to be let in, then didn’t feel I could leave after. Cleanliness not great. There was a spill on the table that wasn’t cleaned up, the bathroom door was gross. Ice machine and vending machines didn’t work. Bed uncomfortable.

Rooms were cold. No blankets no remote the hall going to room stunk like wet dog

rude front desk and they dnt do anything regarding noise etc paid to have a place to get sleep before driving back to nj failed get any sleep and front desk like we will call that room phone never rang. etc

The night time manager. And the woman that checked us in it was very friendly also.

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel were the night time manager and the person that checked us in. Other than that it was a horrible experience. It was so bad that we checked in and out in the same day.

Not much

Getting harassed by the check in desk guys friend that was there talking to him. Clearly intoxicated and hitting on my friend and I. Made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful and understanding.

Dirty hallways, thermostat would not work, hotel sheet were laundered but stained, window appeared broken and the corner. Bugs in the room and on the bed. I have no idea if they were bed bugs.

Closeness to nursing home we were visiting. Sheets were clean and tv worked.

Floor sticky. Curtain hanging and not hooked in. 3 towels not 4. One face cloth and 1 hand towel. No bath mat. Two of us in the room and lack of towels. Air / heater not working. No power to it Cobwebs. Dirty window inside. General uncleanliness.

Location close to on and off highway. Across the street from a dunkin donuts. The residents are all friendly.

Everything. The floors were dirty and full of hair every where and dirt grime on the floor that made it look like it¿s been never mopped and the TV did not work. Staff did nothing of my complains. Staff told me they don¿t have housekeeping.

The bathroom door was loose so I wouldn¿t shut the door afraid to get locked in when I sat on the toilet that was loose.

The hotel window was broken could not lock it the whole entire frame piece came out in my hand it was a smoking room but it smelt so bad you felt like you couldn¿t breathe when you walked out of there it was the only room they had available so I took it

Yes the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet bowl and was very dangerous it should have been fixed prior to us checking in and also we had to have our key card re programed twice.

Nothing room was not up to Standards for a person spending money $500 to be in the hotel room that was not fully clean the blankets was holy the sheets was marked up the staff was rude at the front desk and I cannot see how somebody¿s job that is clecan'

Because it smells like cigs and weed that never got smoked in the room it was on me I do have vid and pics plus the phones didn't work and the ppl up all hours of the night talking loud and fighting over drugs can't tell but it seems to me the ppl i

The location was great it was especially easy for my sister to get to work via the highway and the price fit right in our budget.

It seemed that there was too many riff raff hanging out the outside door but they all said hi.

Pet policy

They need to keep up on repairs. The inside door to the room was broken and kept falling off. It was hard to exit the room many times. Someone was notified and no one came to fix it. It was a struggle with the door.

The gentleman that I checked out with was very nice and helpful. The bathroom/hot water was fabulous.

The guy who checked me in had no customer service skills at all and didn¿t even explain how to get to the room from the lobby. The room smelled musty when I walked in (thank goodness for perfume). The thermostat and the AC/ heater didn¿t work.

There were burn marks in the blanket, there was no hot water, and the mattress was stained.

I didn¿t like nothing there, it was a nightmare. Kids are running in the hallway making noice. It¿ was a bad experience.

Room smelled, the bed sheets look dirty with stained. Bad customer service. When I turn on water on the sink, ithe water was leaking on the floor.. I will never recommend anyone to go there and I will never go back there anymore. I waiisted my $----
