  • I loved everything. The staff had impeccable customer service and everyone was incredibly nice. I got bumped up which was perfect because it was my birthday trip and I was doing an independent writing retreat! That made my whole birthday! I would highly recommend the Residence Inn Downtown Providence! And by the way, the hotel smelled amazing in the lobby and elevator!
