Pros +
- Convenient - accessible to convention center, mall and garage. Staff easily accessible and responsive. Clean.
- The location was perfect. Close to the performing arts center, convention center and shopping. There is an enclosed bridge on the second floor that takes you directly to the shopping center which was cool!
- Hotel employee at the front counter was extreamly sweet and helpful great experience
Cons -
- Unfortunately, the staff we interacted with were not friendly at all, and that?s what I will remember most. We had to pay $20 every time we left the parking garage. Once we learned that, we ended up ubering when we had to go out.
- The lock the doors at night to the west entrance its annoying also the hundred dollar incidentals
- The room interior needs to be updated. Peeled wallpaper on the walls looked terrible!
