- Cleanliness, staff was pleasant
- The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. They have a pool table and board games and such in the lobby, which I maybe would have taken advantage of if I had stayed longer

- Ty was not working in our room
- The surprise charges, loud heating system, 40$ parking a day.
- The value just isn't there. For what I paid, I expected more. I paid over $100 per night more than comparable hotels in the area and I don't think it was worth it at all. I feel like I paid for the decor of the room, which was trying hard to be fun and modern but is actually close to being dated. I paid close to $400 per night for a normal sized room with normal amenities. Nothing remarkable whatsoever.
