Location and breakfast.
Location
Its charm, the convience of being so close to everything, and of course the price.

Cons -

Children should not be allowed at bed and breakfast hotels. The space is too small for all of the running, shouting, crying, etc. Our room was below a family that had very active and noisy kids.
Property was not kept up, seating in breakfast area and in the rooms was extremely uncomfortable. Keurig had only 6 decaf pods the entire weekend.
The bed was a little unsupportive and room should have been cleaner.

Upgrades to the hotel room's furnishings, its location and friendly/accommodating staff were what I liked most about the hotel. Also the morning breakfast and staff were outstanding.

The bed was a little unsupportive and room should have been cleaner.
