Comfort and cleanliness. Someone was always cleaning . The bed linens and pillows were so comfortable. Also enjoyed the heated pool

The room was amazing. The heated pool was great. The 5 chair restraunt had great food. The drinks kept us going back for more.

Staff and room were top notch

The fitness center was terribly small and didn't have the equipment necessary to call itself a fitness center.

Went to celebrate New Year's Eve. Had a terrific 5-course dinner. Staff was friendly. Beautiful suite with views.

The breakfast buffet was a little avant-garde.

Great location. The staff was excellent and the overall hotel was very pleasant to visit..

It was beautiful and close to the Point Judith Lighthouse!

Breakfast was very good. Staff serving breakfast was friendly and pleasant. We loved hanging out with Rebecca in the evening. Drinks, food and company with locals helped make the trip fun. Rebecca is an asset to your facility.

No complaints

Everything! The attention to detail that goes into making guests feel comfortable is outstanding. I loved the peaceful surroundings, the perfect location, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home.

The only downside was the mattress, which felt a bit outdated, but it really wasn’t a major issue.

We got in late. No one was at the check in desk, but an envelope was left taped to the door with all instructions and information needed. We were sorry we arrived late and didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities-especially the pool and rooftop lounge-which both looked so inviting. There was a restaurant in the hotel offering guests 25% off their entire check for breakfast (which included lobster benedict as an option!). Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable!

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated room and common areas. Very nice pool with floating mats and noodles, the cleanest hotel pool we have ever used. Combo rain/regular shower heads with great water pressure and heated bathroom floors. Appreciated the extra knit blanket as I am always cold at night.

Would have liked both the pool and the rooftop dining to be open later (9:00 for both).

Beautiful hotel. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The pool area was very nice with plenty of chaises and umbrella tables. The location was easily accessible to the beach and other places to eat.

There were a choice of three dining areas however they were seldom open. Either they were only open on certain days or times, and then the chef wasn’t available. We never had breakfast or lunch there and the one dinner we had the chef arrived 1 1/2 hours late.The air conditioning was very noisy. There was a constant screeching sound. Workmen were inside the facility working on the faulty air conditioning daily in all common areas, draping couches and putting up ladders. There was a constant bustle of activity with loud staple guns being used.

Pricey, and for that price breakfast should have been included, not attractive view of street fromSour hotel room.Pool was nice but heated not necessary in this hot weather, pillows big ,

It was gorgeous, clean, had a rooftop dining area with view of the ocean and was very close to the beach. The heated pool was the best!

The restaurant wasn’t open when I stayed there on Sunday however, I got takeout food from a restaurant nearby and got to eat quietly up on the rooftop which was amazing!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and nice, especially Shelly. They took the time to call to check on us when we hadn't arrive by 8pm. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so friendly all the time. The hotel is lovely and we had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was very nice and we were very happy at this hotel. Definitely will try to stay here again! Best hotel experience in Narragansett the past 3 years.

Overall Fantastic experience staying here! From the complimentary upgrade( thank you so much for the sea view) to the sweet birthday note & chocolate they left for my boyfriend for his birthday. He loved it! Check in was a breeze. Hotel is beautiful, king room with balcony & sea view is huge & just everything you need or could think of! Love the charging station, comfy bed & robes & great shower & outstanding view! Amenities like fresh chocolate chip cookies was divine & the heated pool & sauna were just thee best! We used the bikes si lovely to have! Breakfast was delicious & complimentary mimosa was a hit! Wonderful location to everything & great places like George’s, Manauteck oyster bar, Spain of Naragansett, & coast guard house in Naragansett! We the facilities are immaculate & the roof top is awesome to have! What a view & fabulous place to stay! Staff was beyond friendly , professional & over the top nice! We will be back!

Absolutely nothing! Wish it was cheaper but that’s it!

From decor to cleanliness to food quality, everything was "A-standard".Front desk was friendly and knowledgeableRestaurant delicious food, lovely decor and attentive service.Rooms nicely appointed and very clean.The cookies on our floor were an unexpected treat.
