- The location is amazing! Right across the street from the beach...the sunset and sunrise were both spectacular!

- It was walking distance from the beach.
Cons -
- It's a bit tight...full bed, small bathroom but still adequate - especially if for a night or two.
- Had to drive to Newport and go over a toll bridge
