Rodeway Inn Middletown - Newport

The room is very small and outdated. The room is not clean. There is hair on the floor and the bedding sheet also has stains. The drain in the bathroom sink has stuff in it. It feels gross to look at when I brush teeth.

Shower head need a better spout could barely feel water and the fact you gotta go outside to go to breakfast room or get ice , it's snowing currently smh

I don’t like represntative and system they charge me deposit 100$ from debit card , it never returned they charge me when I called they said they returned which is lie , I have prove , then they telling to me call bank

VERY noisy. The hotel/our room was on a busy road and clearly had no soundproofing. There was an exterior staircase next to the room and we heard drunken people all night long. With no carpeting, heard people above us constantly dropping stuff.

Holes in the sheets, leaky faucet that interrupted my sleep, no juice at breakfast as dispenser was broken.

Did not feel safe. It was close to the street so you got woken up by emergency vehicles and cars horns as there is a traffic light right there.

Wifi was non-working. There's very little cell phone service in the area as well, making it very tough sledding for those that have a need for reliable wifi. Room was dated.

The room smelt of old cigarettes. The smell worsened when the air conditioner was used. The bath mat was soaked before anyone had taken a shower. The beds were broken. The bed skirts looked like they had been torn or scratched by an animal.

The barn door that closed for increased noise control.

Beds were a little too firm for my daughter and I to sleep on comfortably.

Nothing, there was blood on the bed,they changed our room but it was not clean and bed unmade so we left, i want a full refund

Heat was broken,90 degrees in the room..shady people hanging out smoking and talking loud basically all night.

Young child in room above mine banging for 4 hours. Who in their right allow people with children to stay above others.

Literally nothing. It was a dump.

Everything. Noisy dirty terrible food. Surly staff. Ratty towels. Uncomfortable beds. Air conditioner noisy and inefficient. Power went out when my wife used her hair dryer. Mound on the ceiling. Rickety stars All in all one of the worst ever.

Big room, fridge and microwave too. Breakfast was a nice touch. Great location. Literally cross the street and you are in Newport. Seems like a family operation.

The hotel smells like heavy cigar/cigarette smoke even though its "Non-Smoking". Rooms need to be updated, a little can go a long way. If they just changed the comforters it would make a huge difference.
