Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Willow Grove

The staff is very friendly. They serve breakfast and free parking.

There was a person on the same floor as I that had been smoking marijuana and the smell was so pungent that I had to change rooms.

Room was not cleaned for the 3 nights I was at the hotel. Had to put the garbage on the outside of the hotel.

room cleanliness, tv did not work, took over an hour for maintenance to come to the room, switched us to a room with only one bed, needed two beds. pull out couch had no matress just a spring with a sheet on it. shower door wouldn't stay shut.

Low water pressure which caused blocked toilet and feeble shower. Sink hot/ cold water reversed. Water hot enough to burn.

The location of the showerhead! You could not adjust the temperature of the water without getting soaked. You should be able to adjust the temperature and then get into the shower! Some of the breakfast foods were not hot. All could be corrected.

What I like best was the friendly staff and the overall cleanest of the room, hotel The breakfast was hot and tasty.

Not really, a pool would have been great

The room was very comfortable and clean. Was happy to be on the side with the street view. They even put me and my Grandma across the hallway from each other. And my Labor doodle was aloud to stay with me.

The breakfast was okay but the juices tasted fake. I would recommend using Minute Maid machines. My son tried to make hot chocolate, the water was not hot. My Grandma had coffee and it wasn¿t hot at all. Hair strands on toilet.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast was never my thing but they always have a decent spread. Multiple stays at this hotel and the room is always clean. Nice size flat screen, up to date bathrooms, housekeeping isn¿t banging on your door

There was construction being done in the hotel and work items/materials left all over the floors being renovated. The shower and faucet water in the hotel does not get hot for at least 15 minutes. The toilet would barely flush and the sink was stopped up.

The hotel seems to be a hangout spot for people who like to smoke marijuana. On multiple nights and morning our room, hallway, or front lobby stunk like marijuana smoke.

It's luggage near Willie Grove mall and near the interstate.

The cleanliness of the room could be better. Hair on the shower door and saw two roaches. There was also signs of a spoiled drink behind the mini fridge.

The room was not up what we consider a standard you would expect from the Hampton Inn. The phone did not work. The table lamp was rusty and the lamp shade was badly stained and light bulb was not working. Asked for additional towels none available.

The breakfast was good.

Hotel staff wasnt friendly. The male staff at the front desk needs communication skills.

The location of the hotel was great.

The room was stale and musty. The TV was small and old. he ice machine was not working. The floors were dirty.

The Wi-Fi was good.

I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations preciously which were all very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. This location was comparable to a poorly-rated "Motel 6". It was dirty, the food was horrible, fixtures were broken...it was just awful.
