The pool was warm, the hotel clean, breakfast was good, plenty of towels

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and had nice restaurants right next-door, and could walk to many other nice restaurants.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of choices. Indoor pool was nice and the water was warmer than most hotel pools. Rooms were clean.

Only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress but that is typical of all hotel beds.

Overall experience was great. With the breakfast, just wish had few more hot items to select from, like sausage gravy and bisquits, or hash brown potatoes. Nothing else than that. Loved the pool and water temp was excellent.

Very clean and updated room. Continental breakfast was hot and nice variety. Cucumber water and warm cookies were a great touch. Staff was very friendly. Close to where I needed to be. Secure access was a plus.

Every time someone opened a door on the same floor it rattled the door of my room and along the hallway. Guy upstairs arrived late and I was awakened by his heavy steps across the ceiling. More sound boarding needed.

The room had been recently renovated. The bath had a large walk in shower that was fantastic. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Everything clean and maintained.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean and comfortable and the thermostat let us set the temp we wanted.

The bathroom door was a barn door style with no latch. It kept sliding open when we'd go out use the bathroom. Also, the mattress was stained a bit. It looked like someone spilled coke or coffee on it. It was off-putting, but otherwise the room was fine.

Very gracious check in host, very good room design, every thing in very good working order, quiet location. Breakfast was nice.

Nice staff, helpful. Easy, fast check-in. Love the fridge and microwave in the room. Shower ran at a nice flow with easy controls.

The breakfast was a bit on the prepackaged, reheated side of taste. Real half-and-half would be better than creamer for coffee.

They had no decaf coffee. There is no excuse for this at a major hotel.

Nothing. We was locked out of our room soaking wet, no money on us to earink because EVERYTHING WAS IN THE ROOM. The door failed and we didn't get to go to sleep until 1030AM. WE WAS LOCKED OUT ALL NIGHT!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!
