Breakfast included. Decent options (waffles, toast/bagel, cereal, oatmeal, warm options..). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Clean basic rooms.

The smell of chlorine the moment you walk in. The pool room was so drenched in chlorine smell, I could barely spend more than 30min in there without feeling my lungs constrict. Also kids playing in gym room and pool area with no parents.

We loved everything! Quiet room with small fridge. Excellent breakfast spread with something for everyone! (Eggs, meats, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, yogurts, fruit, etc. ) Very traditional and cozy decor. Nice lobby area! Friendly staff!

The STAFF was terrible. The woman who worked the desk on the overnight shift was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. I have always enjoyed my stays at Hampton Inns until this last trip to Hampton Inn in Glen Mills, PA.

When I went to check out no one was at the desk and another couple was also waiting we had to leave hotel keys in a bowl on lobby counter.

Breakfast staff and the hot tub and pool

My room was too far from the elevator and the hall was too cold.

No microwave in the room although if you call the hotel, they will say that there is a microwave in the room. The breakfast bar was bland. I like eggs, in any form, in the morning.

One morning for breakfast they served kielbasi instead of bacon or sausage.

The hotel was in great shape. It was clean. Good breakfast. Extremely quiet. We didn't hear other guests in the hallway nor did we hear running water from showers and flushing toilets. Definetely reccommend. Great, friendly, helpful staff too.

They initially had my reservation incorrect (did not have me signed up for the room i was supposed to have, but they corrected it with some effort). They have no refrigerators or microwaves in rooms. Will be soon with their renovation, they say.

There was no refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning unit was loud.

Very impressed that front desk provided us with a microwave and refrigerator upon the asking. Also, gave me a can of soda for free, even though I had $2 in my hand and was ready to pay! A number of baseball families stayed here during a tournament.

Each room should already have a microwave and fridge. Pretty standard in most hotels.
