Great staff. relatively clean and modern

A noisy crown in the hallways from 10:30-11:30 and the staff was unable to quiet them down.

The view is fantastic, room was modern and clean.

Very clean and up dated. Easy on off to get to the hotel. They also have an excellent restaurant for fine dining.

Beautiful setting. Too bad the receptionist dd not give us a room with a view. It is not like the place was full.

heating/cooling unit fan continually ran. toilet seat would not stay up A pair of ladies panties was left in the storage area below the tv. This tell me that the room was not completely wiped down like Hampton advertises it is.

Clean comfortable room and beds. Roomy and quiet.

Grab and go breakfast due to covid

Room wasn't ready at check in. Offered a handicap room 30 min after check in. No good. 20'min later was given my room, which was not the room I booked. Was late to a wedding. Thanks Hampton inn

Gorgeous rooms. Newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable- more than my own bed and pillows at home! I slept like a baby.

Beware that if you don't book with the hotel you get the highway side of the hotel which is noisey and overlooks the parking lot. The mountain view side is gorgeous.

Very clean and modern hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast variety, outstanding views from the pool and patio.

Not sure if the restaurant next door is associated, but the service could have been better. We waited for 30 mins after the hostess sat us and never got menus or acknowledged by the 3 servers coming in and out. We left and went somewhere else.

I loved everything! The view was breathtaking! And the coffee and water sitting out in the lobby was a wonderful touch! The Continental breakfast was a perfect ending.

bed dirty,hairs (not ours) on the sheets obvious stains on bedspread carpet was dirty, asked that it be cleaned pink mold around top of tub

The view is great.

The bathroom shower had mold or mildew all over. It was disgusting. I had a hard time showering and not touching anything in the shower.

Nice rooms, great view. Nice welcome when we arrived.

Couldn't get a late check out.

I booked a non smoking room and found cigarette butts in the bathroom. It was gross.?

The view from the porch for breakfast was amazing!

The bathroom was very small, only a corner cabinet and the tub had mildew. There is a lot of highway noise, but that's what you get when you are close to the highway!

The breakfast was really nice and so was the view.

Reserved a non-smoking room with a valley view. Checked into a smoking room. Went to the front desk and they gave me a hard time so I had to call customer service. After about half an hour, they moved me to a nonsmoking room without the view. Not happy.

Easily accessible from main route. Clean and all staff nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good and had a nice variety. I was able to take advantage of the free internet service. No problems checking in or out.

Would like a better showerhead.
