Got a good night's sleep and breakfast was good. Quick overnight stay on the way to NY. Dog friendly and good rate for 2 rooms.

Cleanliness and no coffee pot in the room.

Honestly, the lady that checked us in was super nice. The man that checked us out was also nice. The breakfast was good too.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was there was some type of odor. Couldn't pin point it, but my friend said "old bay" smell.

Advertised indoor pool which didn't exist. Was an outdoor pool. Staff rushed people out of breakfast area at closing of breakfast.

I couldn't close the curtain all the way. I had to use a clip that I had with me to keep it closed.

The room was pretty gross. Stains on the floor. The curtains didn't close on the first floor window. The heating unit in the room sounded like the revving of the engines at an Indy 500 event.

The hotel is old, dingy and dated. Bathtub was dirty and disgusting. The overall cleanliness of the room was questionable.

That the Quality Inn was directly next to the Holiday Inn allowing us to change hotels in the middle of the night.

We woke up to bed bug bites. Caught a bed bug and showed the front desk employee. We were offered another room but didn't believe we could get to sleep here. Went to the Holiday Inn next door. General Manager refused to reimburse us for the new room.

This hotel was conviently located to the highway. As we were just passing through, it net our needs perfectly.

While the breakfast was adequate, it had fewer options than the average hotel breakfast.

Easy to get to, convenient location

Room appeared to have a water issue, the carpet felt wet and there was a heavy musty smell. Did not feel comfortable walking in bare feet. Loud motor running close by which was disruptive during sleep.

Staff was very friendly and honest.

location perfect for my needs

when checked in was told by clerk that i had not paid. As i was tired from long trip, paid again. When went back to front desk with documentation i paid twice, another employee fixed the problem with apology

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. The rooms looked and felt like they did in 1990. The bed was hard as concrete, VERY thin walls, no water pressure in the shower, and no parking. It was a terrible stay!
