It was clean.
I was exhausted from driving, but it's best sleep i ever had staying in a motel.

Quite shabby, evidently people live there. Very noisy kids in next room. Someone had a tv on all night, quite loud. Woke up covered in bug bites which to their credit I do not think were bedbugs as I didn't see any bugs and my husband was not bitten.
This place wasn't pristine or perfect inside or out but the room was clean, beds comfortable and I slept wonderfully. If you want a better breakfast or perfect room conditions you better be willing to pay out more money for somewhere else!

The staff and the price point were phenomenal. They're also doing substantial upgrades. Also the desk with the business chair on point!
