I like the cleanliness and the option for breakfast

They fail to tell you that their incidental fee changes depending on the day of the week. The staff is very under enthused and what feels like intentionally unhelpful. The beds have theft tags on them which is very unconventional.

The front desk manager (thin lady), the lady at the reception (with braids does them herself) were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast server (red hair) was also very friemdly.

The room was a little dirty when we arrived, it was late so we cleaned up ourselves.

The staff handled my delay in checking in very professionally, and I truly appreciate that. The location was perfect. Easy to navigate and find. Gas,food,store, anything you need was there. Any a bonus for me was free parking.

I did not like used towels, trash, wet bathroom, and hair all over the tub, shower curtain, soap dish,and sink. Obviously someone washed up before! Love the size of the suite,but if you have a divider for the sofabed than there should be more then one TV?

The breakfast and the service at breakfast were wonderful.

The room was not provided with housekeeping services without being asked repeatedly during a 9 night stay.

We got locked out of our room. Some how the security lock .the staff had no clue what to do took forever trying to think. The had a long metal rod didn't work googled it the do not disturb card was to weak to do the trick.got a plastic knife it worked

Absolutely exceptional staff who went far above & beyond the call of duty. We happened to celebrate a surprise B-day of one of the kids in our party & the hotel staff/receptionists were exceedingly kind to us obliging our every request/hope. Great BF!!

Very clean, loved the room (& the name on the tv was a nice touch).

Breakfast was okay & toilet paper was very low but they had plenty at the desk.

Malfunctioning AC unit that they couldn't/wouldn't fix - wouldn't move us to another room. Didn't clean the room despite them promising to. The hotel was dirty in common areas. Breakfast was awful. Mega disappointment, must be the local manager.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is right off I95. Room was clean, no issues with check in, breakfast was good and complimentary.

I love this hotel. I love the feel of home it brings. My daughter loves the pool. Its in a great location with food choices limited but quick and available. They feed you breakfast thats always a plus.

The only thing I do not like is breakfast is at 6 and I believe over at 9. But its me because I love to sleep until about 11. So I always miss breakfast.

Room is clean and spacious

While waiting for check-in; someone showed up at the side of the counter, the staff - Armani started helping this person who came after me; I said to him: I am the next in-line and not him; Armani ignored my request and continue to help this guy!!

Breakfast was interesting with Chicken ciabatta, egg & cheese sandwiches plus the usual fare. No big tubs of scrabled eggs & hash browns.

Stains in hallway carpet. Probably just in between cleanings. Pocket door to bathroom was heavy, but movable.

Perfect location for us to end a long trip. Room was clean, cool, comfortable and quite large. We were able to do our laundry and pack up the night before heading for home. The airport is a quick ride up the highway. Cracker Barrel and fast food options.

Specifically booked this place for the pool, but about a half hour after we arrived, a child vomited in the pool, and it was closed till we left,

Didn't get in my room until 6 pm arrived at 4 pm..room was filthy staff said bc of day b4 full occupancy pool is beyond filthy not good especially with COVID staff smelled like weed lounging watching TV..no soap at all in dispenser or in bathroom

Newer hotel than others in area. That alone meant things appeared in good condition, unlike other hotels nearby. Ample parking and close to Cracker Barrel and gas/convenience store. Good sized room.

Farther away than expected from center city

Indoor Pool was closed which is a main reason we got the room. This was not posted anywhere online. Breakfast staff closed breakfast early. I said there was still 10 minutes to get food and she said it¿s close enough.
