Odd room setup; disgusting limescale making showerhead useless; front desk clerk did not use logic when checking people & wasted time w lengthy conversation; pillows lumpy; no nightstand on one side of the bed; glass door on toilet room woke partner

Quiet and clean.

There was no TV in the room. It was out for repairs.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good but was late on our second day getting the breakfast out. Breakfast was at 7 am but did not get fully out until 7:30 or so.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. After the first night our room was not cleaned. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper. We didn't mind that it wasn't cleaned so much as we needed towels and TP. Front desk said "so sorry."

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good spread.

When I checked out , i asked them to validate, they are charging 50$ now , don¿t have details on why they Charged.

That they had an indoor pool and hot tub

Pool could have been little bigger but it wasn¿t a deal breaker at all we still enjoyed it.

The booking itinerary said check out at 12:00pm and we were kicked out at 11:00am

Pool, but hot tub was not working.

No room service. Only two set of towels in a room for up to six people. Sofa bed was not a sofa bed. No extra blankets in room for sofa bed. Had to request blankets and towels. No family friendly.

The rooms were clean and very nice floor plan, toilet & sink is a separate area. My husband had the breakfast and said it was very good I loved the large shower, our room did not have a bathtub which may not work for families with children.

The fire alarm went off at 4am due to a false alarm. And come do find out this is a frequent issue at this hotel.

It was clean, the room spacious & amenities great.

Location, amenities and layout of the features in the room. Beds were comfortable, shower head was pleasing.

Honestly, this place needs an over night security guard or staff to continually patrol the floors. We experienced everything from loud noise to couples fighting in the hallway half dressed. Stayed here three nights and didnt get one night of sound sleep

Modern accommodations and helpful and courteous staff

There were several hairs left in the bathroom and toilet room and when we opened up the sleeper sofa there were dirty sheets and a blanket on it already.

Great location, just off the PA turnpike. Spacious room - traveling with teenage children. Clean & comfortable, friendly & helpful staff.
