Quality Inn & Suites Quakertown-Allentown

My stay was extremely disappointing and the condition of the property was unacceptable. The room had a very strong smoke odor. I reported it, and someone came to spray the room, but the heavy smoke smell remained. Old dirty and disgusting

THE BED! IT WAS SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!! I never slept so good in my life! The bed was amazing. Nice TV, comfortable chair. Liked having a mini fridge, Freezer needed to be cleaned better. Lots of storage. Big bathroom and shower! Nice staff

I wish the bathroom felt cleaner. I wish they kept breakfast stocked better closer to 10.

In a good spot very quiet

The door was dirty ,before I even got in the room and needs a paint job , we almost left , the floor was filthy but bed was clean as well as the bathroom

The hotel is used for long term stays for people of lesser financial status. Not a safe feeling environment. The smell of the cleaner used in the rooms made me physically sick to the point I had to leave and find other accommodations within 30 min.

The whirlpool room was very nice and clean.

I wish my pup could still come in the whirlpool room, shes scared of water and I would never even think of putting her in that tub but I guess some ruin it for all.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL ROOM WAS I HAD A CLEAN NEAT ORGANIZE NO BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM,A GOOD BRAND OF TV REMOTE CONTROL WAS BEST I HAD USE IN A LONG TIME & FRONT DEST WAS GREAT.

BREAKFAST PROGRAM WAS BELOW STANDARD THIER WAS'NOT NO MEATS SERVED LIKE BACON AND SAUSAGE only LIGHT FOOD ON THE MENU I DID NOT LIKE TO EAT THAT FOOD I CHOOSE TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO MCDONLD'S & ORDER.I will not be choose Quality INN AGAIN

Beds were horrible. Room was filthy. Smelled like animal and smoke. Ac filter was disgusting that I cleaned out. Floor was filthy. Turned my white socks black. We had to change our own sheets

Mold in bathroom , hair in the sink , front door would not lock , place should be shut down !

Refrigerator loud humming/harmonic noise, had to be unplugged. Tv did not work. Staff had to install a missing cable. Musky smell.

They tried to put me in a handicap room to start, the rooms where dirty, the tub/shower was freshly painted( paint chips in the tub and throughout the room, nothing was plugged in, the tv did not have a power cord. Overall just dirty and a bad experience.

Nothing it is disgusting want my money back didn't last an hour in the room

Old food in the fridge dirty

This is a motel not a hotel. The entrance to the hotel is very difficult and not light enough my niece almost crash but is not the hotel fault is the engineering of the road. The hotel smell bad and the room was so small. The breakfast is so terrible.

The price so high for the hotel was not a hotel but motel. Nasty full of hair the bathtub my husband had to call front desk and the same guy that check us in came with so dirty thing that he use to fix the nasty bathtub clog and he left it in our room.

This place was pure perfection. Decorating was so tasteful, & everything looked new. Spacious rooms and common area, pool + work out room, and a stellar hot breakfast with good selection. Site is away from road, and outside my window was all green trees.

The tub was a world pool one the motor only ran for 3 minutes b4 getting hot and shutting off and would kick back on at random times

Doors opened to an outside corridor. People smoking outside in the corridor and smoke would enter the room through the gaps around the door seals.

Having the 2 spacious rooms and a whirlpool tub was awesome!!

The rooms and tub could’ve been a bit more cleaner!! The desk chair didn’t look like it was wiped down in a week or two also.

Its architecture. The building is nice and well kept.

The mattress sinks in the middle. It is too old.
