Cleanliness, breakfast was very nice with good hours.

Only one treadmill was working in the Gym.

The bed was not all that comfortable. Please invest in good beds.

Fitness center was closed for the entire stay. This should be noted somewhere when you are booking a hotel. Some people rely on daily workouts to keep their bodies going during their travels. I would have booked another hotel if I knew this was the case.

Room very clean and quiet. Quick check in.

Currently being remodeled but did not hear any noise. There was a weird odor in the elevator and wasnt a food smell.

The cleaniness. Everything was very clean. Smelled very clean. Had a good experience!

Shower door wouldn't close

Only great thing about it was how close to everything is is.

Absolutely disgusting layers upon layers of dust and dirt. I have an auto immune disease I could have caught anything and the fact in a pandemic it had caked dirt and dust everywhere for --- a night they should be paying me for cleaning!

The location

We were not made aware that the hotel was under construction and that the pool was closed

The room was clean. My kids enjoyed the muffins for breakfast

The cleaning person never came and took the trash out while we were there.

Being close to other businesses. Some employees were more helpful than others.

Room was not cleaned during our 5 day stay. Had to ask for towels, washcloths and soap.

The pool laundry and fitness center all close together

Very friendly staff and loved the breakfast

The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. They treated us like family.

I went down to breakfast at 9am and almost everything was cleaned up. And the sign said breakfast was from 6am to 10am

Upon arrival there was an air purifier running just outside the elevator in the hallway and a smoke smell still detectable. Returning from dinner and exiting the elevator the smell of marijuana was so strong I feared I may fail a random drug screening.

Price was good, location was good and place was clean. For the purposes needed, this is a top notch hotel. Just was looking for a place to sleep for a couple of nights during a softball tournament.

The girl that checked me in was sweet. I got bites all over during night and reported in the morning to the male staff that they may want to spray because I think I got flea bites. He didn’t say sorry or thanks for letting me know. Said, what room? ðŸ

Pet friendly rooms should be segregated from non pet rooms. I woke up with flea bites. An apology or thank would have been nice given the sickening experience. He just said “what room”, wrote it down and said “ok.” Serious?!

Fitness center

Front desk staff, young girl at check in desk was short and somewhat rude. Did not greet at check in, check out, and when asked for phone charger. Although she laughed at co-workers jokes loud enough for entire breakfast eating area for more than 30 min

Clean rooms and modern building

room keys did not work. Had to get re-programed 4 times

King size bed

Food was horrible. Even though it comes with your stay I don't recommend anyone eating the breakfast at all.

I will never book this hotel again. Had an emergency and no one was willing or helpful. I didnt want a refund just if possible a change of dates and nothing. $---- down the drain

It was very nice and conveniently located to where we were visiting. The staff was very nice and the free breakfast was good as well.
