Holiday Inn Express Pittston - Scranton Airport by IHG

Location

We had no hot water our entire stay, the toilet seat was falling off and the bathroom was not clean

Location to the airport and the price. Good breakfast.

We loved the Backlit mirrors and cleanliness. Courteous staff and good breakfast selection.

Outstanding breakfast available. Can take food to their large room or to your personal room for Covid safety.

The hotel was a great location off of Interstate 81 and 476 and located in a perfect spot between Wilkes-Barre and Scranton.

There is constant traffic noise due to the highway throughout the night.

This is a relatively clean place to stay and it has free coffee

Bathroom fan was very loud

Fairly new facility. Nice room overall.

Mushy pillowtop mattress.

Construction workers and truck drivers Slow and small elevator

The breakfast was really great with a variety and the bed was comfy

The bathroom needs updated

It was close to my work. Breakfast and Coffee service were great. Staff was so friendly at reception desk. Manager Andrew was so helpful.

Housekeeping could be better. Carpets were dusty and AC filters need to be checked regularly.

Staff was very courteous and friendly.

It was run down and not so clean, but no bed bugs so that's a plus. If you like the smell of diesel and cigarettes this is your place

Right next to Walmart and food. Close to the highway. Staff was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great and I could actually smell breakfast cooking in my room on the 4th floor. Not sure how that was possible but when I got on the elevator the other guest and I were talking about it !

The bathroom space for the toilet and shower was pretty small but I still managed.

Ok

The room smelled like an animal had been there. The were dogs next door. I love that you allow pets. They should be on one floor only.

Great staff. Good breakfast.

No or insufficient hot water - questionable location -

Nothing! Place was a dump! Very dirty and dated!

Carpets were stained and dirty, walls were also dirty. Bathroom way too small.

I did not like anything

Roach on the desk, floor sticky and dirty, garbage in the basket, dirty, smelly.

Wasn’t there long enough to like anything.

We checked into our room, it smelled horrible and there were a couple large bugs on the wall. We left the entire hotel within 10 minutes of checking in. Have used HIE many times, not so sure anymore.

The stay was comfortable and friendly. Breakfast offerings extensive. It was pet friendly for our cat
