Breakfast was wonderful and it was very quiet compared to other hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite.
I didn’t like the shower water was not hot and wasn’t really that warm to top it off. Plus only have half a door for the shower where cold air can come in with not hot water wasn’t polite.

Staff was accommodating for our unfortunate medical emergency. ? the higher price was worth it. Rooms large and bathroom super clean . Breakfast was great and different each day. The breakfast staff was so welcoming and made extra efforts to be sure we enjoyed meal.
Didn’t have any bad experiences, housekeeping was hit and miss but that’s ok we were able to get trash bags and extra towels at front desk,

The layout of our room...very roomy and comfortable.
That the pool has to close so early...adults should be able to use the pool throughout the night especially when they check in late.

SAFE, great location. Excellent shopping, restaurants, etc. within a mile. EZ on/off I-376. Full Kitchen in room. 2 bedroom made perfect stay. Great pool. BBQ gas grill on patio. Hotel loans you utensils, rice cooker; slow cooker. Aldis nearby.
if you are staying more than one night, you need to request maid service.

Great location and very helpful agent when checking out.
When we went to our designated room, it was already occupied. we had no hair dryer… had to go purchase one. Not able to use shower as a bath too… the stopper would not go up and down. The floors weren’t swept very well. Difficult to maintain comfortable temperature in the main room.

Location was awesome and easy to find, shopping center was close, plenty of parking, swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor lounge! Full kitchen in suite!!
