older, remodel ok, door opens to outside, smoke smell still lingers

one night stay in transit so i didn't go to the office. no wifi in room, the building and rooms looked recently painted but there's still a feel of being decrepit. stayed here a few times, every time has been worse, probably wont stay here again.

Clean updated room and hotel

No towels in room

The bed was very comfortable, no problem sleeping.

The lighting..had a lighted mirror which I didn't like ¿¿ and the complimentary breakfast wasn't that great,we didn't have enough time to make our own breakfast thought it would be ready to help ourselves could only get coffee and run.

Close to interstate

Basic refurbished old motel. Acceptable, but no more.

Location, clean and safe

We knew we would arrive late (after 11pm) while traveling from ME. We called twice and were told no problem keys will be in a lockbox yet no instructions texted. 3 other guest families waiting when we arrived at 11:20. 12:30 am until hotel called back.

The staff are rude and unprofessional. The hotel is not as advertised at all. Check in was so much of a nightmare

Everything! This place is terrible, smells like cigarette smoke, and the staff are awful. Stay away! Don¿t book here!

the fact that was somewhat renovated

The price is too much for a small room that has no microwave only a fridge also internet was very slow . Bathroom had leak in shower head and there was a light bulb missing in one of the lamps.

Close to location we needed!

Lobby closes at night with no entrance to building, no microwave in room, no extra blankets, only left two towels for 3 people, shower curtains were moldy and floors dirty.

There was no hot water to shower the whole week I was there!! There was also no breakfast and condiments for the coffee when it was there which wasn¿t often. There is no contact after 10pm also. The cleaning ladies were the best part of my experience.

Our air conditioner made a horrible noise the whole time it was on. The bathroom was very small. There weren't any vending machines in the hotel. The only items available for breakfast were cereal, granola bars, and a few muffins. Very slim pickings.

Remodel was done very nicely and the room was very comfortable and clean. Close to everything in town which was nice as well.

The check in was a little clunky with the zoom meeting at the front desk. Definitely not a deal breaker.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I waited almost 35 min till someone came to the front desk. Then I was doing a ck in on a zoom setup. I was not comfortable with having to give my personal info out in the lobbyy with other person in hearing range

Location....Nothing else!

Very out dated. No water for one full day and 2 hours on another day. Toilet is glued together with a hole in the wall behind the toilet. No smoke detector other than wires hanging out the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Paper door nums.

Didn't have a hairdryer or an ironing board and iron and no coffee maker

Room is not as expected....towel and pillows is old....no iron,no hair dryer, no coffee machine...so i dont like at all

The staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms need to be updated. Atleast new tvs.

DO NOT STAY HERE arrived after mid-night or would went somewhere else. the outlets did not work, moved rooms, half of the outlets in new room did not work. asked for ice, was told lobby was locked till morning. no hot water.

Nothing really

Bed not comfortable (could feel the springs). Non-Smoking room had cigarette burns in the bathtub/shower. Even though I pre-paid, they demanded that I swipe my credit card for "incidentals and possible damages".
