Hampton Inn Pine Grove

One of the best hot breakfasts we've ever had, very clean and mostly quiet.

We knew in advance they were undergoing hotel upgrades and they handled it well.

We like the location & price. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was helpful & pleasant. Staffing I¿d give 5 stars.

I was surprised it was a Hampton Inn. The hotel was outdated. Paper products in bathroom were Aweful. Bathroom tub was peeling.

Always enjoy my stay here. The staff is great. I arrived early, about a hour before check in. It wasn¿t a problem and I was treated respectfully and with a great deal of friendliness. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast great. Thanks!

I stayed only one night on my way back to NY. Firstly, Pine Grove is a lovely little place & the Hampton Inn is perfectly located off of I-81.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff wonderfully friendly. Free breakfast is top notch.

It was not a far detour off the interstate and it was fine. Comfortable enough, lots of parking.

I think it was overpriced. The room was pretty clean, just a little dated. It was really loud (could hear guests in adjoining rooms and hall). Steam from my shower set off the smoke detector...that's a first.

When I checked into my room door was sealed with a "Lysol" cleaning sticker, there were greasy handprints and chocolate candy crumbs all over part of the desk. Folded back the comforter on the bed it was dirty, long hair in sheets. We ended up leaving.

Beds were dated, but comfortable. Nothing special that would make me come back again. Price was a bit high for the amenities.

This staff was polite and helpful. The pool experience was great and we requested adjourning rooms which worked out perfectly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was plentiful and excellent choices. The room was comfortable

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was more than expected. The king size bed was very comfortable. To top it off the breakfast area was manage very well with staff on hand to assist you and the food was delicious with many different choices.

Why can't more hotels offer this quality service?

Staff was very friendly. Room was great, complete with refrigerator (thankfully not stocked), and microwave. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast good, and they had free mini-hamburgers and chicken sandwiches when we checked in!

Front desk clerk talked very fast when we checked in. We had to ask her to repeat a couple of things.
