Pros +
- Nice sized rooms, wonderful lobby, staff was great, very much a welcoming old world hotel vibe
- Location was aStarbucks. On one side of the hot it had a cute Christmas store. The other side had a huge bookstore with a starbucks. Easy walking distance to restaurants. It was clean and cute.
- Walking distance to Penn, friendly and efficient front desk staff, free water in lobby and room, quality linens
Cons -
- Room hadn't been cleaned in a while with lots of dust and some trash left (crumpled up paper) on the nightside table. The blinds were broken. They did send maintaince to fix the blinds and offered cleaning service.
- The bathroom doors slide into place and are hard to close all of the way. Could be awkward if you are rooming with the wrong people lol. My family didn't care but if I was with friends it would be weird.
- Bed was a little too firm for my preference
