The breakfast included was very much deceitful. It’s not at all, it is a $15 voucher which isn’t much to buy at the marketplace. The food was disgusting and our waters were most of the cost.

The staff was absolutely incredible - one of the best I've ever experienced and I'm a very frequent traveller.

The room didn't appear to be very clean (especially the sheets) and I had skin irritation on the backs of both legs after three nights, assumably from the bedding. Also did not have hot water for the entirety of the stay.

Good location for my conference. I used the fitness room and that was okay, had what I needed.

When I arrived, it was a little confusing where to go. I had to lug my suitcase up the steps. After I found out I could have entered at the ground entrance by pushing a button. The staff were also not super friendly-kind of short and didn't seem happy

Location was perfect! Everything was pretty much in walking distance. The customer service was great. We liked the fact that there were board games available for leisure. The terrace area was an entire vibe!

The carpet in the rooms are little outdated and smelled. The price for parking in general was a bit extreme. $60 to valet daily. Street parking was cheaper.

Parking, do your research. They had problems finding my reservation. Vibes were kinda off for people that didn?t show up in Versace.

We just checked in and a housekeeper walked right in our room!! And I've been to numerous Hotels with 12noon and 1pm checkout,, but your my 1st that had an 11am checkout?? That is ridiculous!!

The staff was great. Very respectful and efficient.

The room however was the worst part of the stay. The heat vent was so loud I couldn't sleep. And it blew the air directly onto the bed and in our faces. Combine that with next room blasting loud music at 7am Saturday morning ruined the experience for us.

Rooms were cramped, AC unit sounded like a plane taking off, rooms were immediately hot when AC went off. No parking, valet only

We were greeted immediately in a cordial manner. The room was spotless (although some wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom). Fun lobby area!
