the location to the reading market is very close. only about a mile from the wills eye hospital also

the parking lot is very small and cramped. i have a chevy colorado the small pickup and they charged me foe an oversized vehicle. they say there is a charge to park but do not tell you how much. that is frustrating not to know how much the cost is.

It's nearby the Chinatown, Philadelphia, PA.

I did not like about is that I have to wait exactly 3:00 PM to check in. I was told to come back for 3 PM check in. I came back at 2:50ish PM to check in. There was no courtesy to check in early. In the past, I didn't have to wait until 3:00 PM.

The doors are open

The manager is never there ! The supervisor nowhere to be found the owner not contacted for 4 days

Convenient location in Chinatown. Near all public transportation, convention center, Reading Terminal Market.

Somewhat dated. Limited breakfast.

Front desk clerk AT CHECK made it clear that there is an extra charge for everything--- she put us in a room with a leaking faucet that dripped all night-- when we informed her at check out she stated yes she know as there is already a work order?

The bathtub was stained and unclean, the carpet was dirty and the room had a foul odor.

One of the employees was nice but the other employees were not

Bed bugs, no gym, not coffee and breakfast wasn?t served the first day, broken shower head that flooded bathroom, broken microwave, yellow stains on the bedding, no replacement bedding available, staff not responsive

Would've liked a little bit more from housekeeping. They emptied garbage but that's it. Didn't replenish some supplies.

They offered me a room next to the front door that was uncomfortable and noisy in the area after I paid online and had 200 security extra that was not necessary even though the room already smelled like smoke . Rust in shower and dirty streaks on walls.

Location

No one at front desk for over an hour. Computer was down could not check anyone in. Front desk did not know what they were doing. They were double charging guests on for hotel stays.

It was a nice hotel, with friendly and helpful guest attendants, nice room and convenient location.

That the first room I assigned to had not been cleaned by the housekeeper, forcing me to report this omission to the front desk clerk, although the clerk did apologize, told me she had checked the room previously and promptly found me another room.

The staff was amazing loved the young lady who check us in. Gave us great suggestions and had great energy.

The location was a bit hard to get to in a vehicle. Smaller streets and very busy. Great if you are on foot, every easy to get around, minutes with in walking distance to Reading Market and other attractions.

Location was fantastic and staff was really helpful and kind.

Room smelled really bad and the breakfast was not very good.

It was exactly as expected--basic, affordable lodging in a great location.

Good location. They gave us a new room when many things broken in first room

Hairdryer broken. Room phone didn¿t work . Ironing board broken. Only one staff present on location so they couldn¿t resolve any of these things in time for it not to mess up our ability to get to dinner reservations .

Location was great and breakfast was better than expected. Hotel employee at front desk was very helpful.

Room wasn't ready at 5 when we went to check in. Front desk had to get permission from mgr to upgrade to a different room. Mgr was not answering however swhitney was persistent and she got us a suitable room.

It has a roof and a door

Dirty, shower rod broken ,tv had big black spot in center of the screen, the bed was way smaller than the frame so you hit it every time you got in and out of bed and it made a lot of noise, the floor was so sticky that we kept our shoes on. I came hard.

Location and price are why one stays at this hotel. It is right next to the convention center and a short walk to the historic district. Another plus is parking on well lit lot, very convenient and cheap at $25. Some of the staff were very helpful.

Everything is cheap about the hotel. A lack of lighting in the room, few outlets, cheap tissues, bare bones breakfast which is mostly gone if you are not there in first hour. A couple broken items in room. 2.5 stars is generous. Heavy street noise at 4am

Location. Close to almost all major attractions. Clean room, hot water, working elevator, decent breakfast with waffle maker, toaster, boiled eggs, fruits etc

Parking was quite expensive. We paid total $45(for 24 hour) for parking for the open parking lot next to the hotel. Would be good if Parking is offered at a discount to the hotel residents.
