Hampton Inn by Hilton Philadelphia International Airport

The breakfast was good

the beds were hard and even though clean you could smell that people had smoked in our room. But the biggest thing was the shower, it indented in the middle and made it very hard to stand. I fell because of it.

My overall experience, bathroom door didn't close all the way! Very uncomfortable to have the door with a 3" gap and no knob.

Good location to the airport.

Toilet was running when I enter the room. Floor was not slept. Both in the room and hall. Toilet seat was hanging from the toilet. I guess I expected better from a Hampton Hotel.

The floor in my room # 618 was dirty. I walked in the floor without shoes and got in the shower and there was black trash in the shower from my feet. There was no iron or ironing board in the room.

No soap or toiletries Pool was not open (no notice of that) Charged for parking (no notice for that)

The toilet was out of order and I had to use bathroom in lobby since no one was available to fit it. No other rooms available due to event.

The bedding was not clean when we checked in and needed new sheets brought to our room. Also the toilet in our bathroom did not work.

The beds were very uncomfortable, other than that, our stay was great!! The staff was very helpful, especially the afternoon desk girl (weekend).

the bathtub had strange stains on it - and the carpeting in the room was very dirty.

On the date of check-in, I slipped into the shower breaking my fall. I reported the incident to the receptionist. I haven't heard anything from the hotel. Leaving the hotel with a swollen Shin and ankle. Today I went to urgent care. I had an Xraysprained

Nothing.It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, the bed skirt had either blood or poop on it.Staff was rude!

I did not like anything about this hotel. It¿s a Hampton Inn. I¿ve stayed in numerous Hampton Inns. This was the worst. Did not feel like a Hampton inn. Old. The room smelled like pee. The beds were horrible with dirty sheets etc. We left the room.

I booked two rooms and they only had one for me, so you owe me a refund.

This was the worst hotel ever. Couldn't check in on time. I was told I didn't have a reservation. I had to go to the front desk daily because my hotel keys didn't work and the staff thought it was funny.
