Very dirty the toilet was broken I contacted the manager and the manager promised 50% off my stay but they never did I contacted the corporate office of Choice Hotel and they said they were individually owned companies hotels

Next time I'll ask for room not on the street to avoid the late night noise.

The location

The staff at the front desk all seemed not to be well trained and overwhelmed. They also lacked listening skills to better communicate the correct response.

The rooms were spacious clean and in good working condition.

On the last night the fire alarm across the street was going off making a piercing siren noise from 2 am all the way until 8 am, this was a major issue considering our room had a window facing the parking garage alarms. Overdose in the lobby as well

I reserved the room not realizing it had a hall bath and not a private room, so I did an upgrade when I checked in without any issue. Quiet and right across the street from a parking garage.

Slow draining toilet and creaking floors.

The hotel is located at one of the best locales to be in the heart of Center City. It is an old building that has undergone renovation. My room was very nice.

The first night it was very cold in my room. I asked the front desk to raise the temp and they did

It was too noisy at night.

The room was clean and housekeeping was very pleasant.

Front desk was very rude, couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, didn't give instructions on how to use the phone in your room to dial out.

Location

My shower would not drain. I could not shower the entire night. New guy was his first day did not know to switch our room. No compensation offered. We were told the next morning to use another shower. The manager was nasty to my wife.

The front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, friendly and pleasant.

Place was dirty, both public areas and room. Didn't get the room I booked. Room given didn't have enough beds and was loud and hard to access. Very different from my first stay.

The location was great, there was coffee and snacks in the lobby

There was old spoiled food in the fridge from the guests before us. There was no toilet paper in the room when we first checked in and got unpacked. And none of the ice machines in the hotel worked.

It¿s practically in the heart of center city and so easy to get to if you are on foot. There is every type of food you can want or think of within a 5 block radius of this place.

Unfortunately the area while not being run down in anyway is afflicted by the random homeless/mentally ill person begging like you see in most downtown inner cities.

The front desk staff person & manager were nice

hotel carpeting super gross. The room had not been vacuumed or dusted. The window area was gross and dirty. Lumpy bed and dirty chair afraid to sit on them. I immediately left and got another hotel. They charged one night stay I wanted a full refund.

Fridge broken, lightbulbs missing, hair lock in floor, ice machine broken, refused to change our room

Price point, location

Room was FREEZING and no way to turn down the a/c or raise temp. A call to the front desk revealed that the temperature in all rooms is standardized and controlled from one place. Brrrrr

The Staff was nice

I had two rooms. It had no amenities. Not even cups or napkins or plastic silverware.nor did the have it at the front desk. Refrigerator didn't work. The rooms were either freezing or hot depending whether the room was front or back of the hotel.2 star

Large, comfortable room and bathroom.

Could not adjust air conditioning in room.
